Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the product and order type.

As we specialize in digital products and custom group apparel orders, many items are prepared after purchase to ensure quality and accuracy.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
High order volume and bulk orders may extend processing times
If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted via email

Once your order ships, please allow additional time for delivery. Carrier delays may occur, especially during peak seasons.

All physical orders are shipped via UPS.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Tracking details are typically active within 24 hours.

Damaged Items During Transit

All items are carefully inspected and pre-approved before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.

Once your order leaves our location, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS using your tracking number.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
