• All custom items are made based on customer-provided details and are approved before production
• For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds

We take pride in our work and carefully inspect every item before it is shipped to ensure quality and accuracy.

Once your order leaves our location, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your item is damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking information.
