Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from ABC Creative Designs. We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your order. Due to all of our products being custom made and personalized, at the customer's approval, we do not accept returns or offer any refunds. All designs are sent to customers for approval before products are made. 

Before we forward all orders to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. If for any reason an item(s) were damaged during the transit, please visit our Returns Center, to submit a returns request.
