By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

Custom apparel and group orders are created based on the details you provide at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring all order details, sizes, and information are correct before submitting your order
Designs may be adjusted as needed to ensure the best quality and final product
A proof may be provided for approval when applicable

Once a custom order is approved and enters production, no changes or cancellations can be made

Custom and made-to-order items require a minimum of 5 business days for production.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

Delays may occur if materials are out of stock or during high-volume periods.

All custom apparel orders and digital products are final sale.

By placing an order, you understand and agree to these terms.

All digital products are delivered electronically.

All physical orders are shipped via UPS to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
ABCs Mom Biz Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

All items are inspected and approved before shipment.

If your package is damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with UPS using your tracking number.
