TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ABC Creative Designs, LLC: Custom Apparel & Keepsakes
By placing an order for a custom design product, you are at this moment consenting to the terms and conditions listed here for these products.

Definitions - A "custom design product" is an item that is designed and created and printed through sublimation, to meet the customer's supplied specifications. By definition, custom design products are uniquely designed just for you, the customer. The designs may need to be modified or adjusted to allow for the best functionality or composition for the product as provided by the customer. ABC Creative Designs, LLC is not responsible or liable for information incorrectly/incompletely listed by the customer when placing the order.
ABC CREATIVE DESIGNS, LLC CUSTOM DESIGN PRODUCT ORDERS, ONCE PLACED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL CUSTOM DESIGN SALES ARE FINAL - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE, UNLESS MEETING THE CRITERIA OF OUR RETURNS POLICY.
CUSTOM DESIGN PRODUCT ORDERS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO CREATE, DESIGN AND PRINT.
ONCE A CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER HAS ENTERED PRODUCTION THIS ORDER CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED.
ABC Creative Designs does our best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a product is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order. ABC Creative Designs is not responsible for delays in production or in the actual shipping time-of the selected carrier, of any order. ABC Creative Designs will provide you with the status of your order with tracking.
NOTE: Please allow 10-15 working days for the manufacture of your custom-made Home Décor and custom-made Bags, due to those items being outsourced.
If Time Is Of The Essence and you require your custom made items in a shorter time span, Please contact us at customersupport@abccreativedsigns.com and we will work together to have your items shipped to you in a timely manner. We do offer expedited service at an additional cost.
NOTE: Most of our shipping is done through the USPS Priority Mail.
ALL custom design product orders must be placed through our website, www.abccreativedesigns.com. ABC Creative Designs will NOT be held responsible for incorrectly ordered custom design products.
ALL CUSTOM DESIGN PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED TO THE PAYEE’S ADDRESS, PROVIDED TO US DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IS CLEARLY SPECIFIED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

All products listed as a custom design order are a final sale and non-refundable. Custom design orders require additional time for processing, packaging, and shipping, as these items are made to order. The production of a custom design order usually occurs within the stated times for each product; however, the stated production time is only an estimate and additional time requirements may occur before shipment. A custom design order is an order which is produced from the specification and or options chosen by you the customer. A custom design order is an item that is designed to meet the customer's exact specifications. The designs may need to have modifications and adjustments done to the product to allow for the best functionality or composition of the product ordered. The customer when ordering custom design products from ABC Creative Designs understands and provides for the required time stated of custom design products. ABC Creative Designs will do its best to maintain the stated timelines; however, if a specific item is currently out of stock, additional time may be required to produce your order. ABC Creative Designs will track your order from the beginning and will advise you as to the status of your order. ABC Creative Designs does not provide a refund on custom design products. Once a custom design product enters production, the request cannot be canceled.
We always strive for excellence in customer service and we want to bring to you an overall great experience. Items offered as a custom design product with various uploads or options are specifically listed along with each item. We do not take creating and designing lightly and we want to always make our customers happy. In order to make sure this experience is a positive one, after your upload(s) have been received, we will go to work with creating designs for your purchase. Once the designs have been created and placed on the product, a proof will be emailed to you for your approval. Please make sure you approve all designs before we can move forward to completing your order. If there are some changes you would like to make to the proof, please make sure you provide specific details in the proof email. Once you have approved the final proof then we will be able to complete your order. ONCE A CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER HAS ENTERED PRODUCTION THIS ORDER CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED.
