Designs Approval Policy

Thank you for entrusting ABC Creative Designs, LLC in designing and printing your personalized items. We always strive for excellence in customer service and we want to bring to you an overall great experience. 

We do not take creating and designing lightly and we want to always make our customers happy. In order to make sure this experience is a positive one, after your upload(s) have been received, we will go to work with creating designs for your purchase. Once the designs have been created and placed on the product, a proof will be emailed to you for your approval. Please make sure you approve all designs before we are able to move forward to completing your order. ONCE A CUSTOM DESIGN ORDER HAS ENTERED PRODUCTION THIS ORDER CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED.

If there are some changes you would like to make to the proof, please make sure you provide specific details in the proof email. Once you have approved the final proof then we will be able to complete your order.
